Buyers’ Guide to Home Buying
Buying
a home is a huge investment - the biggest one most people make in a lifetime.
Chapin and Associates, Inc. will go out of
our way to make the move easier and less stressful.
Whether
you are a first time homebuyer, an experienced one, or a corporate
relocation, we can assist you in your search for a new home.
If
you are relocating to this area please

Before
you buy a home you need to understand whom real estate agents
represent.
A
Seller’s Agent works for the real estate company that lists and
markets the property for the sellers and exclusively represents the
sellers. That means he or she may assist the buyer in purchasing a
property but his or her duty of loyalty is only to the sellers.
A Buyer’s Agent by written agreement provides that the agent will
represent the buyer in locating a property to buy. That agent assists
the buyer in evaluating properties and preparing offers, and negotiates
in the best interests of the buyer.
